Lithgow Community Projects is a community based, non profit organisation funded by the Dept. of Community Services SAAP Program. LCP provides support, information, accommodation & counselling services, as well as co-ordinating a variety of social and recreational events and groups.

The Drift is a project of Youth Worx which organises social and recreational events for young people in the Lithgow Community.

Some of the events we have organised in conjunction with other services:

• Youth Week Events in April
• Rock Up Battle of the Bands April to May
• Celebrate Lithgow activities in November
• School Holiday activities
• Video making workshops
We also provide the following services:
• Music Recording Studio
• and are involved with various Youth Committee’s and working party’s to help get things happening for young people in Lithgow
